How long should the truck be shut down? I've set the temp very low and it hasn't started. Could the fan running kill the battary?
-
Make sure it is not on heat, and it will never get too low just set it within reason.
The fan shouldn't be running without the truck on -
Hellow out there. I live in NC and in 12 days i will attend future truckers of america in ashboro NC. I am going through drivers solutions. They tell me i am good to go, as far as my driving record. I have read some disturbing stories about Pam transport and driver solutions. I guess, with any change in career there are ?s and concerns. Any heads up on the ashboro location trucking school? Also, is pam an OK company for a newby driver. I am willing and able to put in the effort on the road for OTR expierence. I already have it in my head after one year or completing my contract with pam, I will seek drivig on a more local basis. Any feedback will be great.

P.A.M. is a training company with most drivers just sticking out for a year and quitting so you would fit right in...

Yep, that's my plan.
I figured out the op idle. Once I bumped the rpm up a little with the spd cntl it all worked fine. -
I stayed for over two years, Rollin.
Longer than you expected! lol
