So how is not taking any meds going to solve anything?

Here are some of the various drug schedules...
DOT does not allow anything that alters ones 'conscious' state.
In some cases a doctors letter will get you through
'Adderall' is on Schedule II i think
> Amphetamine -
There is a list of meds in which you can drive on. For this reason, I e-mailed the FMCSA and was cleared. I received a two year physical too. Per drivers solutions, a scheduled one drug is not permitted as adderall is a scheduled one amphetamine; however you could try working with your doctor to get on another medication that is allowed to be taken while driving a CDL.

Get in a fatality accident then write us a letter from jail, mpddadld.
Adderal is an amphetamine type drug. That means you have to have a script and its a schedule II drug, meaning your Doc has to prescibe it in triplicate. This isnt Tylenol we are talking about here.
The first thing a prosecuting attorney will do is suopena your driving records and medical reports from your doctor (s). If you didn't disclose this on your job applications, to the company or you on your Medical card phsyical, you will be put away for a while in prison for manslaughter or vehicular homicide just like a drunk driver who killed someone.
You doctor has no say in whether you can drive or not under this kind of medication, BTW. -
Adderall is for people with ADD during school that are having trouble concentrating.
I don't understand why you would need to take this while working anyway?
Amphetamine is bad, they will hang you for taking that if something happens. Although companies can be odd sometimes, i was on pain meds for a kidney problem a few years back and my company let me keep working under the condition that i diddn't have them in the truck... So, like someone said already, BE HONEST. That's your best bet.The Challenger Thanks this. -
I said: I've decided not to take any meds.

I might be able to help you if you give me a chance.

You sure you want to drive with ADD? And no meds? With all the distractions on the road, like cars, lights, billboards, and all that other crap? If so, please stay out of NW PA. The 4-wheelers, and some CMVs around here are plenty bad enough, and some of them are actually paying attention to what they are doing. You are looking at killing somebody, and I'd rather it wasn't me or mine. No offense, but that's how I see this ending.

brsims,
I think it is fair to not judge anyone like that. Who knows, he could be natural. There are more people driving on meds than we know of. This was said by a driver who has 22+ yrs at the helm. Also, the schools have a list of meds that disqualify people or are required to do so.
