I have 2 drivers here in ym small town that drive for TMC. one is a dedicated run and and ther other OTR. Ive talked to the dedicated guy, he cant really give me much on OTR because he did go staright to a dedicated account...LUCKY!... hes talked to the other guy and he told him he gets freight steadily and doesnt sit much. I think it has to do with where we are in IL. I for one, am going with TMC because as of now there the only ones still offering the military apprenticeship program, where i can work... collect a my normal check along with my GI bill which this year is $1300 and some change PER MONTH. so with really should eb a sweet deal for me. I think for starting out and never having civilian driving job i cant go wrong! Gotta start somwhere and TMC seems to have a good program. and like all jobs has it pros and cons! but i gotta get my foot in the door adn get that experience to move up the economic ladder
