Well found out that they took the preplan I had from Liberal to Montgomery, Al. Bummer. So far its been 3 hrs and still don't have a load.

Ok, I've got a real problem guys. I'm trying to get this ticket amended off of my record that I got back in February. It hasn't been paid yet, but it's already gone on my record, and I'm trying to get a lawyer before the due date. There are currently 2 tickets displayed on my record. One from 2007, and one from this year. The only problem with the one from this year is that I was going a little too fast... 91 in a 65. I know, it's horrible isn't it...? Will Central still accept me on as a company driver if for some reason I can't get it amended off, and if I come clean to them when I submit an app? Will I just need to speak with a recruiter to find out? Thanks guys.

Central have 32 students going out with trainers this week, So that # tells you that Central have more people lining up for employment then they need and they will be picky over apps!

 

Thanks a lot. I actually just spoke to my lawyer literally 3 minutes ago, and having it amended off of my record is a "Go!" I was reaalllyy worried, because I e-mailed another lawyer about it as well, and he made it sound like the world was just crashing down and there was absolutely no hope. The good thing about all of this is that I have prior permission from a judge and 2 prosecutors to have it amended off. This morning was a doozy to my brain though, because another judge at the same court house told me differently, which worried me heavily. However, he was much younger and more of a d*** than anyone else. It looks like my plans for attending in October just may be that much closer now I also e-mailed the recruiters asking the same question to all of them. Sarah has just replied, saying it will be ok and to fill out an app with her. I have an app with Ryan's name stamped on it as well. When it comes time to send my app to them, which is better: Ryan, or Sarah?

 

I had Ryan as my recruiter. He's a decent guy. Got the job done. I'm back at the terminal. Did a recovery on a POS 06 Volvo as it was super busy the week I finished training and opted for the recover over sitting for a week. At least it made it back here. I get an 09 Volvo later today. In the shop being looked over right now. Then I'll finally get loaded home. In case someone hasn't read this whole thing. Don't plan on just being gone for 6 weeks. I left June 28th and stopped by my house for 1 day during training. Hopefully I'll finally get a couple days at home this week. I got Milt as my dispatch. He seems ok. Anyone know anything about him?
