North Carolina breaks ground on first toll road

Somewhere in the neighborhood of $50 million a mile to build. That seems pretty expensive!!

 

Money is no problem here. They just raise taxes and fees on everything, like they just did this month.

 

My home state is growing up!

 

But still acting like babies.

 

i have roots in jones county too..pretty soon everywhere will be taxed to death

 

Some States are just not smart enough (or have forgotten how) to get the best use out of their inmate populations. THAT is how you repay a debt to society - by doing something to improve it and yourself.
