TA security guard shoots driver/parking dispute

What cases that you know of has this helped?

 

I guess that since it was 430 am he should’ve just grabbed his 30 at the fuel island. Possibly he thought he was being courteous by pulling into a empty spot to meet his HOS required break . Tragic story anyways

 

I’m not saying it’s concrete evidence, but it can change people’s minds about the case.

The net effect will be anarchy in the parking areas of any truck stop.
The FMCSA predicted 27 lives annually would be saved in fewer highway accidents because of ELD mandate.
Guess they didn't see the Carnage that will occur off the highway.

 

The bottom line is that a person was shot ,it doesn't matter his profession or place..

 

There aren't gonna be any changes filed. The driver was in the wrong and the DA knows it. All of this mess because of a driver that thought he could park anywhere he wants. Bet he doesn't do that anymore.
