Maybe time for a career change. If you worry about this you are in for a suprise. I suggest better trip planning. What was the plan if you cant find a place to park?

 

Trip planning for problems that come up is a bigger issue than that 2 seconds.

I usually allow a hour and half into any driving time for problems. If I am still rolling after 8 and half hours it's bonus for the day. Its time to hunt a legal place to park for the rest time without being hassled or bothered where possible.

If you are mired in your commitments to work requirements that 5 minutes destroys your future ability to find parking etc then frankly you need a vacation worse than I do.

I do that frequently! It's a true Art Form to be able to utilize every second. Takes immense planning and dedication... plus lots of calculating.

Time violations are a thousand per second so you will get a $2,000 ticket if you get inspected.
