Yeah, fine, so what about the 4 or 5 other tired/out of hours drivers that this one inconsiderate fool is preventing from parking?
It's this "I don't care about anyone but myself" attitude that has helped to make driving what it is today.
There is no way to justify this kind of parking, it is just plain WRONG!
