    I found the clamp...great tool but also got a different truck and the belt was adjusted to my liking.

    Update...I hired a lawyer/attorney who got in down to a parking ticket...took some weeks since they had to reschedule for a hearing but it was worth the wait and yes it was very dumb not having the top portion on.
