Hi im a new driver got my cdl in NY about month ago going to Prime in Pittston, Pa by car on aug 31 are the transmissons 10 speeds ? or 8 with 9 overdrive? i can double clutch just been a month since last in the truck for my state road test. Im glad the training is 60k i was in a pickel got a prehire from ROHEL all set to go and my phone jack was broke so i missed the call and was scrathched so PRIME was my only option from where im located in Jamestown, ny.

    Glad to have you onboard.

    10-speed, direct drive.

I've delivered at the WallyWorld DC up the hill, so there's a place for you to have a load to in order to get home. Pass by there alot going to other places. Recently it's been getting from a delivery in New England to Lowville to pick up some cheese. I think you'll be happy here.

Getting home isn't hard... give your FM some notice so he can work on a load to get you there. Deliver, drop the trailer, bobtail home. Gotta make your PTA to get back on the road - then you reverse the process.

Oops - I was thinking of Johnstown - mea culpa. Good news is we deliver to Buffalo and Rochester. Delivered to New Clymer over near Erie last year. They've sent me via 86 to get over to the Binghamton area from OH and PA as well. As long as you can get a load close, they'll let you bobtail to the house.

Allied sounds familiar. There's a couple of industrial joints up there; mostly grocery warehouses or specialty meat places if I recall.
