i can give the procedure but you need shims to adjust the exhaust brake and a shim kit from volvo is around 1100

well I just replaced injector cups how necessary is it to run an overhead? I'd feel better if I about it if i did! Any info would be great!

Adjust injectors touch plus 240 degrees and just check the valves if you have a little bit play on exhaust not a big deal make sure you set up intake at .008
