    Really?

I see a lot of people are putting those on 389s to replace those hideous things they come with.

    D.Tibbitt and 201 Thank this.

They are making aftermarket ones now, but the original ones are getting hard to find and expensive. Even the aftermarket ones are around $600 for the pair.

D.Tibbitt and MACK E-6 Thank this.

Do the aftermarket ones have the flared back like the 351’s, 358’s and ‘67-‘72 359’s have or are they rounded like the later one’s.

I think most of them are round like they were in the early 80's

Well that may be what I’ll have to settle for. I’ve got one of my uncles original ‘69 steel cab and aluminum butterfly hood 351 loose and in parts in a storage trailer. The radiator shell and high mount headlight brackets are all good but someone “borrowed” the tapered style twin light buckets years ago.

There's usually some on ebay, or most of the chrome shops have them.

It's a 13 speed. As long as I'm not pulling a trailer ,I'm confident I can do it . Just need to learn how .lol I bought it a new curly wire plug thingy. Put new water filter on it. On way to get a bunch of antifreeze. I'm not sure about dash. I'll take a pic. Not sure what's considered a Corvette dash. Lol shes dusty from sitting . But I will have her all cleaned up shortly. Hoping if I buy 5 gallons antifreeze that's enough lol I have no idea how much she holds . Lol 20200303_172421.jpg
I went end dumping with him a lot of the time. So I'm not afraid of her. Just need some training. Lol 20200303_172418.jpg
Cab is so small I cant fit dash in 1 pic lol

    D.Tibbitt Thanks this.
