Cost of doing business. Its necessary and there's nothing that replaces it.

    While pricey it's still a tax write-off.

I agree that it's a necessary tool - I just haven't started working yet in order to afford it. I just hope my trainer has one and is not overly possessive of it - til I can get my own.

One more thing can buy the non laminated for now is cheap , but if you had :biggrin_25514:your orientation you will get it there, n when you get on the road you could buy the laminated large print with you fuel points let them pile up. you could get it fpr less when they go on sale, just got mine this year, for about 10 or 19not sure , got a rebate on top of it an paid with my pilot point it did not cost me a penny.

Just looked on the Rand McNally Store site and they have the 2010 laminated for $39.95 - more palatable at this point.

Gonna take a look at eBay and see what they've got.

Amazon had the 2009 rand mc nally laminated with sprial spine for $55 but it was out of stock. I went to the mcnally website and ordered the same thing for 39.95 plus 6.96 for s/h but with the promo code GEICOWEB it took $5.99 off the book and so total price was $40.91 (always look for promo codes)!

Is there a large print laminated motor carriers atlas 2010 spiral bound?
I have seen the deluxe version, but it doesnt say it is large print. I know the large print is not laminated.

BTW wyld, the flying J we got hubby's atlas at is the one just outside lewiston. They keep them hidden so he will have to ask, make sure they get him the laminated one.
