WESTERN STAR WON'T SHUT DOWN UNTIL HEADLIGHTS ARE OFF?

    Hello

    Has anybody run into this problem?
    2012 Western Star Tandem.
    Start the truck.
    Turn the headlights on
    Turn the truck off.
    Truck engine will not shut down until the headlights are switched off.
