Sometimes that happens when the front springs on the steer axle are wore out and start sagging.

My 92 has the air leaf too. I can make it sit like a hot rod, but it's not supposed to. Basically, if you want to try resetting the levelling valve, it needs to be set so the frame directly in front of the REAR axle is 11.7 inches above the center of the axle. That is the Pete factory spec. If all goes well, it'll have you just a hair over sitting level.

If i air the bags up to where it is like you said, then when it's done the back air bags are way over extended and front will be set right
-
Why does it only seem to be putting pressure on the front axle and then when deflated only sets on front axle stops?
-
The rear bags do have air in them when they're supposed to, right? I mean, the front exhausts completely and the rear stays high, but when the front is filled back up, the rear fills too. Right?
-
We're those pictures loaded, empty, or bobtail?
-
Yes back airs up before the front. All four gets hard when aired up.. Back airbags feed front airbags.
-
Pictures was loaded, but does same both ways loaded or empty.
