What if truckers stopped...

Who remembers the 3 shutdowns? In '74 ,79,and 83. It brought down the whole country for a few days.and it brought respect for truckers.And by the way diesel was only .25 /glln......

 

On our end we fed and watered a hell of alot of them those years. And more. Not necessarily watered. If you added alcohol sales to the mix.

Baltimore has or had at one time a variety of road houses for lack of a better term which escapes me at the moment where you can swing a rig into and get a meal and drink at the bar a while. Those were full in those days.

 

Wishful thinkin',my brother trucker,but I don't think is ever gonna happen.
