ur so full of BS. Going by ur post it’s full of inaccuracies. I’m betting u were told to either work or leave. The owner & dispatcher are 2 fine people. I was leased to them in 07-08 til my truck went down & currently looking to go back to them

Don't worry, usually when someone starts a low information, one hit, drive by post to slam a company, it's all just taken with a grain of sand. I don't usually break out the popcorn until I get some real info...

    **
    [
**We have never deducted fuel costs from driver settlements
**Our trucks average $5500-$6500 gross/week - individual loads will be anywhere from $27/ton on the VERY low end to $150/ton or more - most runs are at LEAST $1200 or more - we primarily do long haul - not short runs. If a driver has a $27/ton load in a week it is unlikely there would be more than one in a week at that rate and it would be a load typically to get the truck to the longer better paying haul
**We run nice Petes - we keep them running safely - we address mechanical issues as soon as possible. We do not run equipment that does not pass inspection
**We expect drivers to follow the law - anyone knows that a lot of the dings on a companies CSA score have to do with things outside of dispatch - driver speeding, driver violating HOS,driver taking off from shipper with an overweight truck, driver not doing a thorough pre-trip inspection every day and informing dispatch of any mechanical issues, etc. However - our CSA rating is NOT at all below the national average - our safety rating is well above average - this is a flat out lie.
**Have not ever had a truck with black mold in it
**We have passed 3 DOT audits in the past 15 years with out so much as a single fine.
**It's easy for a disgruntled driver to anonymously post a lot of ######## on this forum and not have to answer for it and there is absolutely no protection for the company they want to badmouth. We let drivers go that are not able to follow company policy or DOT regulations - not the first time that one has come on a forum here to spew a bunch of lies - it's hard to defend yourself from a POS keyboard warrior who hides behind an anonymous screen name.
**we deal with liars, abandoned equipment, drivers who are too lazy to do their job, etc. We are just a small family owned and operated trucking company trying to do our best to provide service to customers and a good living to a handful of decent, honest hardworking truck drivers. It gets harder to find good ones all the time.

The problem is that this thread is what continues to come up when new hire prospects do a google search of our company. I was just told that by a prospective new driver this week. Despite the age of the original post THIS kind of nonsense costs us potential drivers. It’s really not fair, I do not know how to make this not continue to be in the top few results in google searches.

Maybe it was something or someone in your company did,I don’t know. As it is you have to take the information with a grain of salt.

I'm thinking the OP didn't think it was nonsense.

Thanks for taking the time to post...…..but from my side of the story it
is even harder to find even a half-way decent trucking company to work
for. I have been doing this for a long time...…..less the one in a hundred
companies out here is even somewhat decent.

I am not saying your company is no good.....I know nothing about you...…
just saying there are two sides to every story.
