Will prime say it was a preventable accident or non preventable?

Now that's just funny. I'd say that puts it squarely in the non preventable category.

    Yeah, i was concidered a non-preventable.

How they responded? The night fleet manager was a totall ##### h**** about it asking me why i hit them, where i ended up, stupid questions like that. Mind you, i called him RIGHT after it happened so i had NO clue what happened, how many i hit, or WHERE i even was. He never once asked if me and my trainer we ok, or how we were doing. Once my fleet manager got in, he was ALOT nicer about the whole thing (i also haven't heard from the night fleet manager since :) ) When i called safety, i could hear people n the background laughing as the person i talked to was repeating what i was telling them. I wasn't mad or offended by that, because, well it was kinda funny. They were nice and did make sure we were ok, but we still joked about it.

All in all, Prime was VERY nice about the whole situation. I didn't have to go in, beg to keep my job, go over any corporate crap, or have my training extended. NOTHING about that accident was preventable on my end. I can't help a cattle farmer can't maintain his farm.

It's all Prime. Prime bought out a small company in SLC, Utah near I-80 and I-15. I can't remember the name, but it says on the sign "a division of Prime Inc." They also have a terminal from a company they bought out in Pitston, PA (i think that one is where some of the RTC trucks came from). Then of corse the huge on in Springfield, MO. They have a few other very small terminals around the country, but i'm not sure where they are.
