Why pulling out cash? China did not shut the banks off. Neither did the lights go out. It is improving there too. Do you guys expect this to be worse over here than what it was in China? I don't think so.

Totally agree. No need to start pulling cash
Cash is always king but there isn’t a huge run on the banks.

Personal experience says otherwise. When it gets bad, clean water is king. After hurricane Charlie when most of 3 counties didn't have power or water for 6 weeks bottled water became the currency. Need gas for your generator or chainsaw? No problem but it's gonna cost you a case of water.

Everything is cancelled and all of the store shelves are wiped out around here. Here is a funny pic I saw to describe today’s mentality among people. People with all the food and TP vs those with out. lol

Ok...so go pull all of your cash out of the bank.
Normal folks will realize there is no need

Supplies have been sporadic down here. As soon as stores get a fresh supply people get on face book and spread the news and they are sold out again in an hour. There are also lots of folks selling supplies on face book at huge mark ups. Personally I think someone should go around with a couple 45s and put them out of business.

I don’t know, I kinda wish I was smart enough to buy a truck load of TP and sanitizer before it was popular. Might pay off my new truck lol. It’s an interesting thought about pulling cash out. Especially since I haven’t stocked up on supplies, maybe I should stock up on cash.

Living in prime hurricane territory stocking up is a way of life for my household. So all we've had to do is maintain our supplies and replace what was used as it becomes available. Thankfully we had just gotten a pallet of water delivered a couple weeks before this all broke out.
