Aw...c'mon...gotta add to my post count....Trying to keep up with AL...... -
Well not quite sure I've been up and down a lot of steep grades in the hills of Pennsylvania and all I can say is that I've been up quite a few that you cant go up or down without a D6 dozer attached to the bumper, but I guess thats just par for the course when your working in oil fields.

50% LOL... coming out of the shopping center parking lot across from the McD's in Andalusia, AL.
You have to time it just right so you crest the hill while the light is still green. If it turns red, and you have to stop, you have to back down the hill and try again. A ten speed tranny will not gear low enough to start from a dead stop with a good heavy load.Orange713 Thanks this. -
I had that happen two weeks ago. Scared the crap out of me. Thought my tranny went or something bad. Could smell clutch pretty good when I tried. -
Whatever I-68 is in WV, MD---7%?

THe first time I ran the coast from NY. Leaving Reno at night it seemed like 20%. LOL!
