I am going on about my life business as usual. However I think you’re a little off on under playing this virus circling the globe. There’s already been documented cases of people catching it twice. That means it’s mutating at an alarming rate. A 35-year-old healthy marathon runner was just about over it and was quarantined with a group of other 14 individuals who had contracted the virus. Just as they were about to release him he came down with it again, a mutated version and now he’s on a ventilator. He’s not expected to live. In fact he may be dead by now as this was two days ago.
It’s a new strain of virus so we don’t know how it’s going to act. The Spanish flu wasn’t that deadly the first time it circled the globe and it killed almost everyone who contracted it the second time around.
Furthermore even with our best case containment and quarantine efforts infectious disease experts estimate that at least 110,000,000 of us Americans are going to contract this virus over the next year. 480,000 people will die, and we currently have 925,000 available hospital beds with only 5% of those for critical care patients. This is why they’re closing everything down so that they can spread out the time. When people catch this. We are going to be dealing with this for a minimum of 12 to 18 months. One in three of us will catch it and that’s best case scenario. Some experts say as much as 70% of us will catch it. In 20% of those people require medical attention in the hospital but won’t be available to them. This is real. It’s going to get ugly. Just wait
Corona virus. Stay home or work?

If it's as bad as all the hype suggests it is, you're not going to escape getting some form of it. Go to a house of worship for whichever religion you believe in and make peace with your god. Then go out and live your life according to the rules of your religion and hope for the best. At least all your toilet paper will be put to use wrapping you up like a mummy.

I got the flu this year. I spent 26 hours in my sleeper until I was steady enough to drive home, then sent to bed by the doc for another five days.
That was a HUGE kick in the wallet, and I'm just now getting caught up. So I hope they can keep me running, but our freight seems to be slowing down. I had 26 hours left on my 70 and I'm home this weekend. Oh well.
I'm just "maintaining social distance", washing my hands frequently, and staying rested and hydrated. From where I sit, there's nothing else I can do. Just wait -n- see.D.Tibbitt, Tall Mike, buddyd157 and 1 other person Thank this. -
