To me I see it as the woman was wrong. She should not have got out of the van. Then when asked to get back in she didn't obey. He then decides to put her under arrest, this is when she decides that getting back in the van was a good idea. Even after she was pulled out of van she tried to get back in.

Should he have tazed her? Its hard to say. I think he could have took her down without it but there is a chance that she could have been hurt.

You will make a good slave. Just do what the MASTER tells you to do, all will be OK.

    Yeah....

I thank GOD every day that our founding fathers didn't have that lame assed attitude.

And I regret every day that I see posts from others that suggest we merely knuckle down to whatever little tyrant that wants to abuse their authority.

Is it any wonder that our nation is becoming a nation of wimps? A nation that has been convinced that those we pay with our taxes have authority over us and that we must merely meekly comply?

Or at least wait until the supervisor gets there. Neither of them were very bright.

she got out of the car.

he told her to get back in the car.

    she refused.

he told her she was under arrest.

    he tased her.

she still tried to get back in the car.

    he pulled her out.

    she resisted.

    he tased again....

    with audio I bet....

she got out of the car.

he told her to get back in the car.

    she refused.

he told her she was under arrest
HE TOLD HER HE WOULD TASE HER
    he tased her.
HE AGAIN INFORMED HER SHE WAS UNDER ARREST AND TO GET ON THE GROUND

she still tried to get back in the car.

    he pulled her out.

    she resisted.

    he tased again....

tHIS video is useless with out the actual audio, but she was resisting the arrest no matter how you cut it.

Dumb lady got what she had coming.

    1. cops in ny DO NOT HAVE TO SHOW YOU ANYTHING!!! not the radar and they cant even access the video in most cases.

    Is it?

    Why do you think so?

    Let me ask you....

If you get pulled over for speeding.

In your opinion are you in a custodial situation as far as the law is concerned?

You are 100% correct. Without the actual audio it is much harder to determine if the LEO in question over reacted.
