Actually you don't get any money back, you don't pay taxes on the money. If you are getting a check back at end of year you are doing it wrong.

My company, Britton Transport, pays 100% of the drivers premiums. Family is extra. I pay $132 a week for the family (wife and 3 children).

Out of Copley. Line haul. 100 paid is for the cost of the insurance. It DOESN'T mean that you will never pay anything. 1st $200 is your cost IF you go to the emergency room (single rate). Then, you pay at 20% until you reach $1000. Then the insurance pick up everything after that.

However, on the dental side $2500 a year...insurance picks up all.

YRC pays 100%. .....IF you make at least 3 trips a week...or.. you were available for and they didn't call you...rarely happens..we work a lot!

A paid vacation day, paid sick day, paid holiday, paid personal day..all count as a 'trip'.
