would you care to elaborate on that some....maybe an example or two of WHY you feel that way.
-
They took the Dead head fuel surcharge from the Coors Dedicated guys, They do a lot of dead head!
Dropped the training pay!
Dropped the Kraft Dedicated pay a penny a mile, the Kraft guys don't get detention either but they never did anyway.
Took away the on-time bonus pay! -
oh that is not all they took detention pay , they took the bonuses from dispatch and are laying some off.they lie to the new student and tell them they will get .29 per mile to start and they only pay them .20 and as far as the coors surcharge for dead head we found out right from the horses ### 2day that coors is still paying central the surcharge but centrals words and i quote was " yes coors is still paying us but we have chosen NOT to pass it on to you drivers" so we asked what if you cut out all th e surcharged loaded or empty do we have to bit that bullet and we were told "yes" so when we told them it was in our contract with them and coors that we get surcharge they told us they cant find our contract and besides it is just a peice of paper and they can change what they want when they want and this is just how it is going to be. so is our lease just a peice of paper???
-
Gee, sounds like Jerry did it again dont it? Another swift owned company.
-
You should have a copy of your Lease with them, I know we do!
If they changed the terms they would have a class action against them!!
You would be entitled to all lease Payments returned in Full! -
oh i do and the coors contract that they all of a sudden cant find
-
Then find an Attorney and get your Lease Payments back, They re breaking the contract
-
Hell yes get that lawyer.
If you have those contracts, espically the coors one.
If you have leased for at least a year you will have more than enough cash from payments made to buy a new truck for cash.
Prices of new are WAY cheaper than the book cost they charge for them. -
any ideas on a good lawyer??
