Those steel water tubes can be challenging. It maybe possible to unscrew the nut and slide it back. Do not remove the tube. Cut the seam off a common shop wrag. Make it long enough to for about two wraps around the pipe. Not so much the nut will not restart. Then wrap the cloth around the tube in a clockwise rotation and retighten the nut.

Hi. Got delayed on working on her. Got the oil cooler thing off. Not whole thing just end shes leaking from. Seal is bad. Took 5 min to remove. Peterbilt makes me mad, wanted to charge $500 to replace seal Too complicated for me they said . Lol. The round part that reminds me of a giant freeze plug lol. Is out of shape a bit. I cant seem to find one anywhere without buying a new oil cooler. I have tried every junk yard within 50 miles of me. So hopefully she holds til her new home. Doesnt look to bad, I dont think. Put new seal in. Now going to other leak. Hopefully easy. Thank you for oring info. Probably it. But not sure yet.
