New antenna wanted

Then your fine with any ant you wanna buy..Personally i wouldnt spend the $ on a big coil ant unless ya got big power....
A nice top load will work real nice...Get the tallest you can handle without goin over the 13'6"...Even if you buy a lil taller then just angle them forward some to fix that..

 

People forget physical length trumps, coil length. The long wire on the side of my tower works fairly well coupled with the buried radials.. needs a good bluetooth to work from the mobile.

 

Pretty sure that's not going to help him mounted on the side of a big truck...

 

Sure it will jj..It will warm the ground as he drives on it...eliminate static,all that heat can cook lunch and STILL talk skip all over

 

Looking to buy a descent antennae with a magnetic base to mount on the cab roof. What would you guys recommend? I'm not pushing any xtra power and I don't want to mount a Firestick on my mirror.

 

Sirio 5000 with a 5"mag....It will be a total of 70+" tall when tuned..
