Yeah, it's rough that they let us know so late. I was scheduled to end with my current employer on Friday, but I knew that they haven't filled my position yet, so they were eager to abuse me for four more days (plus one paid holiday WOOT!).
Out of idle curiosity, who's your recruiter and how did they inform you of this change? -
K so i now know that central does go to colorado but does EVERY driver go there alot or does central barely go there?????????
-
hey i know that central does go to colorado now but do they have to go there alot???

Actually it's fairly easy to wire in without affecting the current electrical system. First you have to......
ummmm.... on second thought.... never mind. If I told you, I have a feeling Jess would kill me if she ever met me.
They are pretty to look at. -
Yes you will get into Denver at times as there is a Terminal there and Coors runs outta Golden Colorado!!
If you tell him how yes I will kill ya!!
and after I finish killing ya I will start again.

I am going to have to beg to be able to come back, they haven't filled my position yet but i don't think there going to be nice.

saw a truck this morning. you could literally play dot to dot. he had that many yellow markers on his truck. mostly in front and on top. and for the sides he had quite a few too many reds. guess he didn't have enough brake and turn signals on the sides. they ran down the truck AND trailer. this guy was defenitly not shy about his markers.

Hmmm, can i ask why people are giving up jobs to goto Central? I find that crazy!! Wayne went to Central because at the time, he was unemployed. Central looked so promising but turned out to be a dud. No miles....Was lucky to get 1300 a week. After buying food and paying for stuff needed on the road, we were basically left with very little for the family at home. You can work at McDonalds and make more money. Wayne is back at construction and making way more then he ever did at Central. When he was teaming, he did ok because they tend to try and keep teams going. As solo, it sucked. He was sitting 3 days a week waiting for loads. We took anything they gave and most were 600-800 miles runs then sit for 3 days. It was really bad. It is really bad if trainers can't even get enough miles to get students their time in on time. Usually trainers and teams get the best loads. I don't know about Jess or anyone else who has or is working for Central, but if you have a job and are getting by, don't leave it for Central. PERIOD! You will regret it. Widow lost her home waiting on this company. Everyone goes in with high hopes and most are dashed to bits. Also, driving truck is not a easy thing. I went with Wayne for a month and realized how stressful the job is. Go in with eyes wide open everyone. It's not a cakewalk.
