Texting, talking NY trucker hits car, pool

He probably cant ride a bike and chew gum at the same time either.

 

I would really like to know the percentage of accidents involiving trucks that are because of this.

 

if you saw the tow truck i doubt very much he has a cdl but of course the media has to raise the bar on killer truckdrivers

 

its a rollback wrecker and too small to be needing air brakes so calling the driver a "trucker" is simply sensationalizing the news

 

I drove a truck like that for years and never needed a cdl. It's no different than a uhaul.

 

they do the same thing all the time here in pa they will make the headline

only to find it was billybob in his pickup truck

 

Why in the hell would he admit to doing that??? Doesn't make sense, but im glad he did tho. One less idiot driving.

 

Now a days they can track your call to the exact minute you had your accident. So even if you said you were not talking on the phone, they still can find out..

 

you don't have to admit it they just get your phone records
