If you’re a company driver and you’re out on the road and you become seriously sick with this virus, and all the hotels are closed, what are you going to do? Do you really think the companies gonna let your truck sit for 2 to 3 weeks while you recover fully? No, they’re going to tell you to clear your stuff off the truck and they’re going to come and get it.

I’m gonna peculiar situation because I sold my home and was looking for another home to purchase when all this broke. So technically I’m homeless. When I go for a “Hometime” I usually stay in a hotel but those are all going to be closed now. When you think about things it’s really easy to see how you can get yourself into a bad situation real quick with this virus and everything going on out there.

Hey I'm actually pretty proud to be a citizen of a county that collectively gives af, all hands on deck, mitigate a potentially really bad nu-flu spread. Kind of annoying, kind of scary, kind of exciting. Looking forward to find out what has been in the works on the night shift of Washington while yet another false flag, biggest one yet, has managed to spin up every man woman and child coast to coast to a fever pitch.

In the old Class A days I went to visit a Bus Service that did a little bit of everything (I did some updated checking, they are out of existence now. Just as well.

I am dressed well, sit down in the famous chair across from the Axe in her recliner. She asks a few questions and so on.

She sat up staight asked me if I do hearing aids I say yes, no issues.

HELL YES I HAVE A ISSUE WITH YOU. You are going to have 55 demanding children back there how are you going to solve that problem?

Easy, take along a demanding perfectionist bus line owner to ensure the children remain in line.

The interview was over at that point. Talk about hostility. Tsk tsk tsk.

    My personal favorite is:

You MUST have a college degree to dispatch for us-- numerous major carriers.

Funny, this dumb truck driver learned the dispatch software inside a week and was embarrassing the head office inside a month. But I didn't have a college degree in underwater basket weaving or whatever you need to be a dispatcher.

College, for the most part, IS overrated. I can see it for doctors, lawyers, historians and the like. Fields were you need TREMENDOUS amounts of knowledge to compete. Everything else? No way!

Bring back Apprenticeship Programs for the hands on trades (plumber, electrician, stuff that needs specialized knowledge and skill sets) and GOOD trade schools for other stuff (CNC programmer, mechanic, stuff that needs a wider knowledge base), and good old fashioned "learn it yourself" for the rest!

Individuals are a lot smarter than they realize. They can learn a wide variety of skills on their own through trial and error.

I remember when it dropped before 9.11 in in 2001.

Was getting a ton of airplay, then poof gone from the radio. . It was a very long time before I herd it again on the radio. Living in DC at the time I can understand why they pulled it.

Per Drowning Pool itself, it wasn't about killing anyone. If anyone is bored there's a link.
