And of course, lawyers always forget this fact... gotta love when people ignore statistics that prove them wrong or don't tell them what they want to hear.

 

Sometimes I wonder if the human race could survive at all without something to be afraid of.

 

Same problems in aviation, medical, basically any technical field.

In aviation, I can point you to a case that a particular part was working as it was supposed to at the point of the crash and the company ended up paying part of the court settlement because they were partially liable. For a part that was freaking doing its job.

 

Lawyers are like buzzards... they can smell insurance money from miles away.

Oh she had a good personality. Bad temper.. could make had that lawyer way with words.. could make the biggest man feel 2 inches tall. Knew how to break a spirit for sure. Thought i would never get away from her. Great in the sack though!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats foooooooooooo shooooooooooooooo!
