Wow, lots of stuff here. First of all, I drive for JB, I started with SNI. With both companies I saw drivers get to orientation and then get booted. With SNI I was hired on to run walmart dedicated, then placed OTR after SQT. Schneider had a very bad habit of unexplained deductions from my check, and lying to me. So I left, Believing all the crap about lack of miles I said to myself, "hey, at 13 cpm more than schneider is paying me,I'll still make money" I got hired and learned quickly I was wrong about miles, Yes I sit a little more than at SNI, but still average about 2800 miles a week, with my best week being 3618 miles here. I've never once had an issue with them not paying me what they owed me. Couple that with the much nicer equipment than I had at Schneider, and I'm happy. People everywhere are going to be treated bad by the best of companies, and some people everywhere will get treated great by the worst of companies. Being able to honestly answer the question of which is happening to you is really important. Drivers over here seem happier, but with out the ignorant blind loyalty that most pumpkin drivers had.

Then again JB doesn't train noobs like SNI does and try to convince them they are the best company on the planet. I brought 12 members or my graduating class at SNI with me over here, one has been fired, and one quit when his kid was born. 2 are buying their own trucks. And we are all about to get our 6 month raises. I'll then be making 15 cpm more than I was at SNI. I don't see how that's underpaid.

Just don’t get hurt you should be ok. Also don’t be surprised that as the pay goes up the miles go down. You will start to notice that you are getting a lot of 200/300-mile runs. They might even have you take a trailer or two to the duck pond "RAIL YEARD". If they do check the miles on those loads. O and I hope you like the East Coast. I’m sure your going to spend a lot of time there. O and the guys that are buying the trucks ARE going to regret it.

I would start sending them a Bill for your time and agravation. I stopped some bill collectors that way. $1,000.00 per call they will stop. High but my time and health is worth alot to me.

We have had this issue come up before on this board, first when you find out it is them ask to be sent to the department that will remove you from their call list, it will take a few minutes of your time but they will quit calling once you do this.....

You can also use humor if you like, when they call

Tell them you were just fired for DUI and are glad they called
that usually get them to quit too...LOL.
