Are drivers immune from Covid19?

Let’s take it by math approach. The latest data has the US at 68 thousand confirmed cases. The population is 350 million. That’s 0.019% of the whole population. Of those infected, depending on the data, maybe 3% have died from the complications of the virus. Obviously, once full testing capacity is reached and as the virus spreads, the numbers may go much higher. As a contrast, somewhere around 50 million people get the common flu each year in the US. Which is about 14% of the population with deaths nearing about 60 thousand or about 0.017% depending on the sources. Now at the world wide scale with 7 billion people this becomes 10’s of millions of deaths if not hundreds of millions.

 

Any drivers self quarantine themselves for 14 days at the truck stop ? Maybe driver are immune from eating all them roller hotdogs at the truck stops.

 

I ate a Sausage Egg Sandwich from a food street Truck while i was waiting at Wakefern Newark.....it was really good. Not gonna let 'em win!
