corona virus...this is no joke!

With the incubation rate of this virus, they probably already have.

 

If the they are students then they are being human. I don't mind making small changes to accomodate the sick however this whole social distancing is getting to be a bit much. Threats of arrest and imprisonment and so on. Don't think see that if you get chucked into the hoosgow you find that you are packed in like sardines and get infected anyway? We had 9 corrections test positive 10 days or so ago now they are trying to replace them among others. Im kind of set in my ways takes a lot to be a problem. Maybe I am the problem HA...

Lol, My Great Grandma up in her 90s when us kids asked why She talks to herself, she replied, “ it’s the only intelligent conversation I can find around here.”

 

I did a little Googling the other day. Corona killed less than 10k in Italy. During the 2015/2016 flu season, the flu killed 25,000 in Italy.

Now here's an interesting tidbit. According to what I can find online, Canada had over 80,000 abortions in 2018.

I'm not trying to downplay this but geeze. This is a gross overreaction IMO.

Just look up how many die of starvation every day. The odds are something else is going to get you.

So far in the U.S., something like 25,000 have died of the flu so far, and flu season ain't over yet.

 

I totally agree with taking precautions. Wash/sanitize hands often. Clean stores/retail outlets more often, if sick, stay home, keep distance from others, restrict travel etc. Shutting the entire world and economy down is overboard IMO.

 

And typically 70,000 die in the US from overdose. Who makes all of that fentanyl?
