corona virus...this is no joke!

I don't think any of us are really trying to downplay the issue per se. More rationalize it.

 

You need to standby a bit longer and see how this plays out to the end before you make that assumption. There is substantial case is coming out of China that people are being reinfected. Which if you review history of the greatest pandemics the world is ever seen that’s how they were so deadly. It also means we’re not developing immunity to this virus. If that’s truly the case, and people can be reinfected? Then I would say hats off to the preppers because they had it right.

 

I'm still getting paid (not double tho as my co-workers are getting remaining) but that is where the guilt comes in. I don't know if I should go back to work sooner or wait this thing out.

 

Cases have been going up about a 100 a week average where I live. They are only testing those that are critical. They are not testing those with just symptoms but feel fine. This virus is serious and everyone should be taking it seriously. There is no herd immunity nor treatment as of yet that's why it's more dangerous than the flu.
