Anyway... I do believe rates should reflect certain seriousness of the situation.
Even if it is supply and demand it still should show better rates for going into places like Brooklyn, NY.
Well it does not. The market don't care.
Does it take inviting a broker/shipper to a dinner, per Rutherford's advice, to convince them that it is us who visit the potentially contaminated places, where many strangers come and go?
Or is it still too many desperados out there who are ignoring or denying the hazard? Blame it on the market thing. Probably the latter.
