I wasnt on a motorcycle goofy. I had my semi parked there but when i told my peeps i ride with what happened they decided to come to tow company with me. Someone got wind of it and cops were at tow company before we got there.

 

Well if u want to call wallyworld on galena rd in naperville illinois and ask them. Be my guest. This was also in 2012. Either way its not right. Then again throwing your poop bags and pee bottles on peoples property aint right either

What does getting towed for parking illegally have to do with the city owning a lot?

yeah, not seeing anyone saying they were gonna keep parking where they have signs saying not to park. Just calling BS on the Walmart parking lot being owned by the city. Not that likely. Most likely the land is owned by a private entity and leased to Walmart. But yeah cities don't take on that kind of liability. As the owner is liable for anything that goes on there as much as the leaser.
