I came across them on indeed, but can't find much on them. Does anybody know anything about them and their lease purchase program?

Yep. I heard of them. I drove for an owner operator who had 10 trucks leased on to these guys. Your loads are booked from Macedonia. That’s where your dispatcher is. All loads are almost exclusively done during the night. So even though you’ll be empty say around 9am with 11 hours to drive, they will have a load that picks up at 1500 or 1600, then you’ll more than likely sit in a dock for 4 or 5 hours (they don’t pay detention). And by the time you’re loaded it’ll be 8 or 9pm. But they won’t change the appointment time on the delivery end. ALL LOADS are extremely tight with very little margin for error (Blitzkrieg freight). Midwest to south east or south west mostly. These people love to micromanage so get used to that, if you’re in a truck stop taking your 10 hour break and you sleep for 10 hours and 5 minutes then they’ll call you, if your phone is off they’ll call the truck stop and have a mechanic knock on your door. This is a Chicagoland area company so you already know what time it is. My advice is to stay away. You can thank me later

I just talked to a recruiter, everything sounded good of course EXCEPT when she mentioned you have to pay $2000.00 into an escrow in case you damage the truck or cargo. When you quit you’ll get the money back if everything is ok inside and out (right). I have been through a few companies and I have NEVER paid any escrow. I will probably pass on this company, sounds fishy to me.

    Also:
3 weeks out one week off.
2500 to 3500 miles per week
    65 cpm - $2000. To $2300. Per week
    Trucks 70 mph
Fuel at any station with EFS card
No camera facing driver but does face forward
Pet policy but no rider policy
Sign on bonus $2500. Paid in 3 months

Escrow as a Company Driver? That’s crazy. Big red flag.
