You also can request home time but don't take more then 4 days you might lose your truck.
well some companies have home time every weekend. But you have to have 2 years of OTR in to get that kinda Job.

LOL I just hope I am right and if I am wrong It will get corrected. i am single but I have a 6 year old. I adopted him at birth so he would have a dad. I know that I am going to miss him while I am gone, But I am going to be getting in to life style I have wanted my entire life. So its more or so for those that like the life style of being free to roam.
You never know you might meet you future husband at a Truck Stop.

 

Yeah i just hope i dont meet anyone from here till January...because if i do i get attached and that aint good haha...
but my mom doesnt want me doing trucking because she thinks im to young and that i can get a real life job instead of living on the road..but idk it just interest me...and yeh i will miss out on alot and that sucks but you gotta do what you gotta do to get by....

 

Agree. Your mom is right, my mom said the same thing when I was 20 and she has seen how much I loved working at my last employer. My dad has been in the business for 22 years and he loves it. If you are interested in it. Check out some videos of some drives on utube it might help you and also ask JJ and Jess-JuJu they have been in the business for awhile they know there stuff.
