Because I was a Beach Bum for 20 years after moving to Florida, my Dream.
Made good money in the business, sold out right about 2005. Went back to real estate appraising , went through the crash and a divorice down here.

    Got my Clock Cleaned .

Went back to do what I do best.

Getting by , Sailing and Frikin off.

Had a Smokin Hot super smart Italian girlfriend that was 18 years younger than me that had enough money for us to spend a lot of time in Europe and traveling elsewhere for 8 years.

That was a Very Bad work deterrence.

But my Dad Alway preached Lived life Kid it's Short . He did the same.

When we weren't doing that I was captaining my buddies 53 foot sailboat all over the Bahamas , Cuba, Mexico , diving and partying.

My older brothers are all older and baby boomers. My dad set them up in the development business and boat building business and they remained in Michigan.

Oldest brother has been very fortunate with his real estate developments.

My brothers Live their life I Live mine .

Only reason I wanted to drive is I can fix anything and have the tools and shop to do it.

I enjoy being alone when I am working and I enjoy the challenge as I have always been self employed.

My goal was work spring 90 days on , take summer easy up in Michigan maybe moving a few loads than do another 90 days in the fall. Than go sailing for the winter.

Just not real convinced having 70-80 thousand wrapped up in equipment in a highly competitive market that has been challenged before this corona hit is wise.

I know boats . I grew up on 50 foot sailboat from the age of 5, fixed them ,built them ,wrenched on them, captained them.

I might go take a Chapmans certification class to get my Yacht Survey accreditation so I can obtain insurance for surveys.

Banks will need them for Valuation when all the defaults come Rollin in.

Meanwhile Dowjones futures up 700 points for opening tomorrow morning.

Dad has always offered Guidance and some opportunities that didn't work out because of economic conditions and locations, but never any hard investment in me.

A lot of it was I had sand in my toes and too much sun on my brain.

Dad worked in a ice cream shop when he was 12, his one and only job.

Started mopping floors at night than washing windows during the day throughout town on his own. Bought ice cream carts and had kids hustling ice cream for him saving his money and flipping cars and boats.

By the age of 14 he was making more money than his father a school teacher and bought him a new Hudson Terra-plane.

Non of us 8 kids got away with not working from a young age or learning what a $ is.

Now remember this is just conversation nothing more. We don't need to argue or fight but we are welcome to have disagreements.

1st off I wouldn't believe anything coming out of Wallstreet. They would tell you they weren't copulating with your mother while their doing it in front of you.

How can you justify the market being down 9000 points right now dipping to 18500 just on March 23rd with absolutely nothing truly negative happening to the economy other than fear.

And than say 19 is the bottom? I wish everybody Luck that is hangin in there.

Guys that have the guts to play these cliffs more power to them.

Headline on CNBC this morning as breaking news "stock futures surge." Ten minutes later they interview the CEOs of two of the largest mortgage servicers in the country with the banner underneath "mortgage industry on the verge of collapse. " Hard to figure out which way the stock market will go
