Starting Class For Cdl

I'm starting my Classes to obtain my CDL A License next week Passed physical yesterday. Can't wait to join the Trucking Family.

 

I passed my Permit Tests Yeterday, but I just read a couple of negative things on craigslist (I know, consider the source) about a few guys who went to the same school I'm going to and graduated with flying colors but nobody is hiring them. I know about how companies want you to go through their course classes and they don't pay very well for the first 2-6 weeks. I've checked out several companies and all have been about the same. I really need someone to tell me that it will all be worth it. I really want to join the trucking community and looking forward to the road.

 

Thanks for the reply Kickin Chicken. The state has paid for my tuition since I'm unemployed right now. I plan on talking to the schools job placement department Monday morning. We've had 1 recruiter from Werner come speak to us so far. Only been in the school for 3 days so far, hopefully more recruiters will come this week. Thanks again.
