Only if they are blazing a red light while holding a crack pipe. Traffic enforcement isn't a known concept in the Philippines. They do have traffic laws, and even lanes seperated with lines like they do everywhere else but they still make 5 lanes out of 3 and will collectively uturn from any of the left 3 lanes at any moment with no warning.
