Most shops that sell new radios do this, they don't want to warranty another shops mistakes. I would buy new from a reputable shop and have them tune it before delivery, that keeps warranty intact.

Wallcott guys are ####y to start and show the "im better than you" attitude...I have listened to a few of their radios they do have a nice selection along with other products but i wouldnt let them tune my radio....
I mentioned here before how a cpl guys with newly purchased and installed radios were a massive scatterbox....stacks Thanks this. -

Bought skipshooter,mounts,and heavy duty studs from off the site.
Came packeged,and ontime,just stay away for anything that says" peaked "and" tuned".
But alot of his prices can't be beat.stacks Thanks this. -
