Streets & Trips is, hands down, the best trip planning software out there in my opinion (and I have, at this point, used them all enough to become familiar with them). Definitely worth the money.

    LSU Tiger Thanks this.

If your Tom Tom is gpx compatible and you have Streets & Trips installed with the Truck Stops Plus template, then you should be able to export the POIs into a gpx file and then into your Tom Tom. I believe all you will need is a USB cable.

I think it is truckstopsplus.com. Go to google and type in truck stops plus.

Excellent response and advice...use your head...and your cell phone at the first sign of trouble.
I love my Copilot (on pda and laptop) but it will mess up from time to time..great for navigating thru interchanges/cities tho.
