    South dakota will give you a drivers license, all you have to do is spend one night in a hotel room and set up some kind of mail service, a fedex box works fine. Then you go to the dmv and get your license, you are now a legal resident of south dakota and you never have to pay state income taxes again, I'm sure you'll save on insurance by doing this too. Good luck neighbor
