Smokin Joe's Electronics CB Shop 442 Built

I bought a ranger rci from Smokin joes in December , right at $400

It worked fine for about 8-9 weeks . I Contacted them and they first said to return it , then said they wanted me to send it back to Ranger , and they would contact ranger and initiate a warranty claim .
Not they won’t answer my emails or phone calls .
If they don’t respond in a couple more days , I will have to dispute the charge to my credit card .
Y’all may have had great success with them but I have not .

 

When a merchant tells you to talk to the maker, tell 'em 'I bought it from YOU, not the maker'

 

Especially if the vendor stuck a gold-colored screwdriver into the virgin radio.
