All miles paid, loaded and empty
Detention $25 after first two hours.
$125 layover

Depends on the freight we are running. Amazon, GM, and Ford are our core customers. GM and Ford are mostly loads under 350 miles. The amazon stuff is typically longer. However, our average length of haul has increased as of late due to the horrible market conditions prevelant in the industry today.

 

Tell me what you're looking for and I'll tell you if I can do it. Typically my guys do 2-3 days barring personal things that they need to take care of. I understand some things can't be done on weekends. Home on a Thursday or Friday. Back out on Monday. Hope this helps.
