I think I was just out of high school when that video was made.
Maybe I was still in high school, judging from the cars on the road.
I graduated in 1974.

Bingo stamps show 1979, I’m glad those are gone, and 5 License plates, Lol. Same Freightliner Cab used into the 90s. The 90s, even that sounds a lifetime away.Sure don’t miss the 55 mph speed limit.

I remember seeing trucks with multiple license plates. I always thought that was cool.
I did get a good laugh at 1.25 in the video when the guy got passed by a VW Bus in the hammer lane. Won't see that today! LolSpeed_Drums, Coffey, BigDog Trucker and 3 others Thank this. -
I’m still trying to explain to some of our new drivers that we actually were able to go cross country without a GPS or a cellphone.
