Caught this COP in action today while out on the road...

You know what they say.. "If the police have to come get you their going to bring as ### whupping with them."

 

I can tell none of you have never tooken any kind of criminal justice course...cops can't just freely start beating you if you run...(simply running from a cop in and of itself does not warrent a beat down unless the officer has cause to believe the man is armed and a threat to either himself or others)


It's called the 'use of force matrix'...they can only use the amount of force justified in subduing you...and the amount of force they use against your resistance can only be one notch above your level...

If that driver sent in these photos to that guys attorney...a law suit would probablly follow...(no...not because he's whatever...but cause his rights may have been violated)(notice I said 'may', cause we just don't know all the facts)

I'm sure if that was any of you out there being beat down with a hard wooden baton...your attitudes would be different...


Myself, I'm not a blood thirsty vengful person...I don't like seeing anyone get hurt...or animal...I even pick up earth worms and throw them in the dirt when the sun comes out so that they don't dehydrate...

I don't take pleasure in seeing others get hurt...who ever they may be...

And to that fella that made the remark about the cop beating that man, let's see what happens if one day the cops turn their batons against you, let's see if you still have that same attitude when your the one bleeding and your skull is fractured cause some cop over reacted and was poorly trained...

 

Did you ever think that maybe we aren't stupid enough to run from the cops in the first place?

What facts do you know about the scene?

All you see is a male, who's clothes are falling off, bleeding, stumbling..and a cop who continues to beat and spray him...

The man even has his arms out...as if to say 'stop'...and the cop just seems to be in some kind of beast zone...and continues to beat the man rather than arm bar him and place in under arrest ( like he was trained to do at the academy) but instead he just continues to beat the guy seemingly driven by the same fear or bias many of you have shared on here which seemingly has caused him to over react....

If that were your son or brother or you or your girlfriend being beat like that...would you have such a ho hum attitude?

And if you say yes...your lying...you would be outraged.

But I'm sure in your minds he deserves a beat down simply because blazzae blazzae....how sad....

and how revealing...

 

First off, cops aren't gods...

And again...running from the cops in and of itself is not against the law...

We don't have enough facts to make that determination...

I can direct you to a web page right now where you can read about hundreds of renagade cops who are no longer cops, but are now in jail from black maling people to soliciting sex from women to stealing and robbing to purgory..(lying under oath)

We have no idea what happened before these photos were taken...

What we do see though is a man who's bleeding, on his knees and no longer a threat...and the cops just blasting away...

A well trained cop would already have the guy in handcuffs...an improperly trained hot tempered renagade cop will continue to beat...out of some primortal blood thirsty joy...

 

So without knowing all the facts, your opinion has as much merit as anyone elses.

 

Wrong....because regardless of what happened prior to the photos...what we do see in the photos is a male who's obviously no longer a threat...on his knees, bleeding with arms out to protect his skull...while cop seems to be in some kind of blood thirsty frenzy...

That's what matters in court...regardless of what happened before...a cops job is to take control of the situation...once he, they have control...they can't just continue to beat out of pleasure...to do so is to step outside of the law and now your simply one citizen beating down another...

You can't beat a man down as a cop...just cause you think he 'deserves it'...to do so, as a cop your acting outside the bounderies the judicuary system has given you....

 

How do you know that he's no longer a threat? Maybe the gun he had is now laying underneath him?

Maybe he has TB and was spitting on the cop..

YOU don't know..
