Hey all i am curently using a Predator ten k on my main vehicle and I have a 102" Whip layin around and I was gonna put it on my other vehicle which is a 1988 Ford F-150. I was lookin into some mounts for the antenna and found the Tram Tri Mag Mount look like a good mount and is easier to install than the ball mount. I was wonderin if yall think it is a good mount for the antenna and i was gonna put it in the bed of the truck because if i put it on the roof where it would do best it would get knocked off from all of the trees around here. So do yall think it is a good mount and will it work where i want to put it. thanks for all help. Cody

Absolutely. I have a Tram tri mag mount with a 108 (had a 102 on there too) and it will hold even at 90 mph.

Thats great. Since i will be huntin out this vehicle also it will be great to have somethin to hold that good cause im off road all the time so it will be hittin trees. The antenna will be a 108 because i got a six inch spring on it. These are really good antennas. The ten k is a real nice one to.

david, that's going to be a nightmare for offroading but theres simple solutions. You can get a quick release and pop the antenna off in 10 seconds (thats what i use, $10), or you can use a bungee cord or something to bungee it to the back of the truck (itll flex that much just fine) for when you go offroading or if you go into a garage or parking garage or something...
