Dropped Ball or current need is overwhelming the system... when 22 Million people start applying all at the same time, and some of the unemployment departments are probably working from home too, I’m surprised it works at all.

read a story how millions of people are not getting the $1,200 stimulus money because the IRS is sending it to the bank account on file that was used to pay taxes or receive refunds ... the problem is if people took out an advanced loan on the expected refund then the bank account on file is not the person but the company that issued the loan for when the refund repaid the loan... which will get straightened out but someone needs to talk to someone... verify amounts didn’t go through... issue request for a paper check, etc.

 

At least one thing remains unchanged in these uncertain times.

 

Going to be a few more looking for loads... this Publix gig is ending on Friday.

 

You’re lucky, my wife has been off almost 4 weeks and she still hasn’t received an unemployment check. She’s called several times and each time she’s on hold for at least two hours and when they do answer she’s told they haven’t gotten to her case yet and they will call her back. Unbelievable!

 

We ate their once pretty darn expensive! Like you the wife and I are nearing retirement and we’ll be ok.
